Discover my background
About
Originally from Aix-en-Provence, I completed most of my studies at Aix-Marseille University, first in Applied Foreign Languages and then in Law, while taking part in study programs abroad — notably in Flanders (Belgium), the United States, and India.
My academic journey has been shaped by my passion for international affairs, my growing interest in the legal field — which soon became a true vocation — and my deep commitment to fundamental freedoms.
In addition, as a musician since a very young age, I have always sought to bring an artistic and creative dimension to my professional life.
My current practice is the culmination of the various stages of my journey — the tastes, aspirations, and interests I have pursued with passion, and all the places that have carried me to where I am today.
The American Dream
The American Dream
2013 – 2018
A country I had dreamed of since childhood and first discovered through several trips, I spent my first year of study in the United States at Ursinus College in Pennsylvania, where I was captivated by an education system centered on debate and open-mindedness.
After completing two Master’s degrees in France in International and Comparative Law — during which I focused my research on comparative studies between France/Europe and the United States in the field of fundamental freedoms — I concluded my academic journey with an LL.M. in International Legal Studies at New York University School of Law.
Beyond the outstanding academic experience, my year at NYU offered an incredible range of opportunities: inspiring conferences, prestigious guest speakers, and numerous networking events. I also had the chance to take part in UN-related work and contribute to comparative research on copyright law.
In 2017, I passed the New York Bar and began my career alongside an attorney specializing in “soft IP” (copyrights, trademarks, and domain names). I was admitted to the Bar in 2018, earning the title of Attorney-at-Law.
Parisian Life
2018 – 2021
Back in France, I took the bar exams in 2018 and was sworn in as an Avocate à la Cour at the Paris Bar in 2019.
I first spent a year in a law firm specializing in film law, where I reviewed and drafted numerous contracts and legal opinions related to film production and distribution.
I then joined the IP/IT department of Eversheds Sutherland, an Anglo-Saxon law firm ranked among the top ten worldwide. This two-year experience gave me the opportunity to work with prestigious clients on highly technical matters across a wide range of industries — from luxury and banking to healthcare and transportation.
During my time in Paris, I also had the opportunity to complete a six-month secondment within the French legal department of one of the world’s largest retail companies. There, I ensured consumer law compliance for all food and beverage products and advertising, served as Data Privacy Advisor for France, and drafted distribution contracts for the pharmaceutical division.
Back to my Roots
2021 – aujourd’hui
After gaining valuable experiences around the world, I felt a deep desire to return to my native South of France.
Once transferred to the Marseille Bar, I joined a business law firm based in Aix and Marseille, within the Contracts – Competition – Distribution department, while maintaining a strong focus on intellectual property and data protection.
I then decided to bring together all the skills I had acquired throughout my journey and to create a practice that truly reflects who I am.
Today, my goal is to offer specialized and internationally oriented legal expertise from a firm rooted in the South of France. My activity is primarily centered in the PACA region — where I have deep ties in the Bouches-du-Rhône, Var, and Hautes-Alpes — while also serving clients on a national and international scale.
