Creativity is at the heart of my profession and my personality. Having been a musician since childhood, I have always seen creation as a driving force. It therefore felt natural to focus on intellectual property, a branch of law that values and protects creativity in all its forms. But creativity is not limited to my clients’ works: it also guides the way I practice. Each matter requires original thinking and a tailored approach. This ability to devise unique and tailored solutions, while maintaining legal precision, allows me to provide support that is both pragmatic and distinctive.
Freedom
Freedom is an essential value, both personally and professionally. As an independent practitioner, I chose to create my own firm so I could run my practice with autonomy, rigor, and passion. From a legal perspective, fundamental freedoms are also central to my work : freedom of expression, respect for privacy, intellectual property, and contractual freedom are closely connected.
